Role and Responsibilities:
As a Room Attendant, you will ensure that our rooms and residences maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, following IHG’s Clean 5-S program. You will play a vital role in making the rooms special and memorable for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of rooms to meet IHG standards

Assisting guests with basic needs, such as providing a toothbrush or giving directions
-
Keeping supervisors informed on the progress of room service and alerting them to any repairs needed
-
Following safety protocols and wearing protective equipment when necessary
-
Being organized and keeping track of supplies to minimize waste
-
Returning lost items to guests and logging any lost and found property
-
Wearing your uniform with pride and maintaining a professional appearance

Performing other ad-hoc duties, such as assisting with deep cleaning projects or public area cleaning

Handling occasional lifting and pushing/pulling of heavy objects (up to 50 lbs/23 kg)

Remaining on your feet for long periods, as this is a physically demanding role
Additional Responsibilities:

Assisting with turndown duties and other housekeeping tasks as needed

Communicating with other departments to ensure excellent service quality
