Bills. Bills come from PITC’s official bill service. The amount on your printed or official online bill is the amount you owe.

Estimates. Our bill calculator gives an estimate from the published tariff. Your real bill also includes monthly and quarterly adjustments, taxes, arrears and other items, so it will differ.

Rules and procedures. We summarise official rules and link to them. Rules change; if anything here conflicts with an official MEPCO, PITC or NEPRA document, the official document applies.
